CODACA Launches CSQX Series Super High Current Power Inductors with Saturation Current up to 280A

CODACA has announced the launch of the CSQX series, a new line of super high current power inductors designed to meet the growing demand for low loss, high efficiency, and high power density solutions in industrial control, automotive electronics, and renewable energy systems.

The CSQX series adopts CODACA’s proprietary metal magnetic powder core and flat wire winding design, offering extremely low DCR, low core loss, high saturation current, and excellent thermal performance. These features ensure long term stability and efficiency in high current operating environments.

The series offers inductance values from 1.5 μH to 27.0 μH, DCR from 0.50 to 5.20 mΩ, saturation current from 27.0 A to 280.0 A, and temperature rise current from 21.5 A to 75.0 A. Two compact package sizes are available — 28.0×27.0×18.5 mm and 32.0×34.5×18.8 mm — corresponding to six product models: CSQX2918H/L/S and CSQX3218H/L/S.

Each performance type offers specific advantages —H for high saturation current, L for low DCR, and S for standard performance, allowing engineers to optimize for different design needs. The CSQX series operates reliably across a –55°C to +155°C temperature range.

Compared with the CPQX series, the CSQX series delivers higher saturation current, lower resistance, and better thermal performance, while maintaining an equally compact footprint. Its SMD design also contributes to reduced PCB space usage and higher power density.
