CODACA Launches CPRX Series Ultra High Current Power Inductors for High Power Applications

CODACA has released the CPRX series ultra high current power inductors, engineered to deliver superior performance and reliability for high power applications, including DC-DC converters, renewable energy storage, industrial control, and motor drives. Designed for demanding environments where efficiency and stability are critical, the CPRX series provides exceptional current handling in a compact size.


Ultra High Current Power Inductors CPRX Series


The series adopts CODACA’s proprietary high Bs magnetic powder core with ultra low core loss and excellent soft saturation characteristics, ensuring stable operation under heavy current loads. The CPRX inductors feature inductance values from 0.60 to 62.0 μH, DC resistance from 0.21 to 14.35 mΩ, and support saturation current up to 350 A with temperature rise current up to 92 A. With reliable performance from –55°C to +155°C, they maintain high efficiency and consistent DC bias capability across a wide temperature range.

Available in five package sizes (1912, 2315, 2520, 3018, and 3231), the CPRX series combines compact design with high current density, enabling greater power output within limited PCB space.
