March 4, 2025 – CODACA, a leading magnetics supplier, has launched the new VSAD-T series automotive grade digital amplifier inductors, designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality sound, low distortion, and compactness in car audio systems.
The VSAD-T series utilizes a 2-in-1 low coupling structure, integrating two molding power chokes into a single package. This innovative design not only reduces PCB area by over 30% but also significantly enhances signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and reduces harmonic distortion (THD), achieving superior sound quality and lower distortion. Manufactured with CODACA’s proprietary low-loss alloy powder, the inductors offer excellent saturation characteristics and linearity, handling high transient peak currents. The magnetic shielded structure ensures strong electromagnetic interference (EMI) resistance, further improving performance.

This series is available in three sizes (0660, 0880, and 1010), with an inductance range of 1.00 to 22.0 μH, a saturation current range of 6.50 to 58.0 A, and a temperature rise current range up to 11.0 A. All products are qualified to AEC-Q200 standards to meet stringent reliability requirements of automotive grade components.
Offering an operating temperature range from -40℃ ~ +125℃, these automotive grade digital amplifier inductors are ideal for use in automotive systems.
